What to Expect
When scheduling a custom job, a knowledgeable salesperson will go over each of the upgrades in detail that you've indicated you're interested in and which of the customized options are available. When you leave the office, you'll have all the necessary information regarding what can and cannot be upgraded and the pricing for the process so there are no surprises along the way.
Once the customization process begins, most of the work will conveniently take place at the Toyota Service Department. Some processes may require the vehicle be moved to another facility for specialized service. In this case, our staff will take care of transporting the vehicle to the appropriate location.
Overall, it is recommended that you allow at least two weeks for a full customization. This allows the technicians time to order parts from other suppliers and vendors, includes delivery time of the parts, and provides enough time for the technicians to perform the upgrades once the parts arrive.
