2026 Stapp Inspires Spotlight Organizations
Veterans Community Project was founded by combat Veterans to address Veteran homelessness. VCP has a 26 tiny home village in Longmont, Colorado providing personalized 1:1 support designed to meet and address the unique needs of Veterans. At the heart of the Village is a Community Center where Veterans can gather, connect, and access wraparound support services on their journey to permanent housing stability.

We have been proud supporters of the St. Vrain Valley Schools. This year we let the students at the Innovation Center write, direct, film, produce and edit this year's spot highlighting the work that goes on at the Innovation Center!
We are proud to partner with Roberta's Legacy once again. This inspiring organization helps assist families with the financial difficulties breast cancer can bring. They have established integrative medical treatment scholarships for those on their journey with breast cancer as well as their caregivers. The Boulder County Fair is the oldest fair in Colorado and is celebrating its 156th year. The Fair is a non-profit that rents the grounds and facilities from Boulder County who in turn is our main sponsor supporting the 4-H and Open Events during Fair. The Fair is a "Free" fair meaning no charge for parking or gate admission so please come as often as you would like. The Boulder County Fair is proud to host an event that celebrates our rich agricultural culture, traditions and community. At the Boulder County Fair, there is something for everyone.
Intercambio's mission is to bring community volunteers and adult English Language Learners together in classes and gatherings. It's a mutual exchange of knowledge and shared connection as human beings. Over the past 25 years Intercambio has connected 19,000 students, teachers, and lives.
TLC Learning Center has been in the Longmont Community for almost 70 years. TLC Learning Center was started by a group of families who had children with therapeutic needs. They have an inclusive model which encourages all children to learn side by side with their peers. They are currently in a space that they have outgrown and they are looking to move and build a new collaborative for all children of the Longmont community.
St Vrain Valley Schools Education Foundation is focused on student success and teacher excellence across St. Vrain Valley Schools. Over the last ten years, they have funded more than six hundred thousand dollars in teacher innovation grants for projects like unified percussion, Lyons River monitoring and anthropology and mindfulness rooms. Their mission is to ensure students and teachers have the resources they need to succeed.

St. Vrain Valley Schools has the highest graduation rate in the Denver Metro Area, the St Vrain Valley School District is preparing the next generation with a strong competitive advantage. With robust opportunities for preschool through graduation and beyond. Students are building a strong academic foundation with innovative ideas and hands on creativity.
The mission of Roberta's Legacy is helping breast cancer patients and their families thrive, not just survive. Roberta's Legacy assists with the financial difficulties breast cancer can bring and has established integrative medical treatment scholarships for patients and care givers. They also work in partnership with local businesses to provide services for breast cancer families.
The Inn Between provides affordable housing and supportive services for people facing homelessness in the St. Vrain Valley. With houseing stabilized their residents can work to achieve long-term housing stability for their families. At The Inn Between, resident find a safe home and the chance to build a brighter future.
Imagine! strives to create a world of opportunity for all abilities. Imagine! provides services designed to incorporate people with intellectual and developmental disabilities into the fabric of their communities. Services include educational and therapeutic service, job training and placement, recreational and leisure activities, residential services, behavioral health services, technology solutions and support for families. Their goal is to help people aspire to, and achieve a fulfilling life of new possibilities.
2023 Stapp Inspires Spotlight Organizations
Colorado FriendShip's Incredibles program has been helping out our community for about a dozen years. When kids are stressed by hunger, they're not able to do very well in school, it's hard to pay attention. With over 600 bags of food going to 11 different schools in St. Vrain Valley School District they are able to help ensure that children in our community have access to food over the weekends.
Since 2011 Centennial State Ballet has served the community by holistically developing young artists with performance opportunities. We are promoting dancer wellness in all aspects by empowering individuals in artistic and creative expression fostering social growth celebrating all bodies and through community building. From studio to stage we engage and enrich and inspire our community.

The educators and staff members in the St. Vrain Valley schools are proud of the direct positive impact they have on students everyday. They are excited to know that the work they are doing is preparing their students to grow up and because future leaders in every aspect of our society. The dedicated professionals of SVVS love they do and who they do it for. It's why St. Vrain Valley Schools make a difference in the lives of those around us.
The Happy Smackah originated as a fundraising event for Dan Cribby, a St. Vrain Valley educator who became seriously ill and required amputation of his arm and shoulder and extensive skin grafting. He was at University Hospital in Denver for over three months. Dan is back at work full time, and is fully recovered. Since 2011 the Happy Smackah Fun Run has supported other "happy smackahs" in the St. Vrain Valley School district experiencing medical challenges.
At ABLE to Sail they believe that EVERY KID is an 'AT-RISK' KID until they learn to master and overcome the negative mental chatter of inadequacy so prevalent in society and humanity at large!
2021 Stapp Inspires Spotlight Organizations
True North Young Adult Services provides a safe environment where young adults who have experienced the foster care system or have been affected by abuse, neglect or homelessness are accepted for who they are. Their supportive community provides a secure and safe environment so their participants can flourish independently.
Colorado Friendship provides low-income students with take home backpacks full of high quality, healthy, kid friendly food every weekend through out the school year. Through their Hot Meals on the Street program they are able to provide meals and clothing to the homeless. In addition they respond to natural disasters providing meals, and clothing

Since 1990, I Have A Dream Foundation of Boulder County has empowered children of low-income communities throughout St. Vrain Valley. They help students from elementary, through high school and beyond to close the opportunity gap and help make dreams become reality. Serving over 1,000 local youth I Have A Dream provides academic, social and emotional support to these students from elementary school through college.

This year we are proud to partner once again with St. Vrain Valley Schools. The ST. VRAINNOVATION Future- Ready Innovation Lab is a cutting-edge technology and innovation center in a mobile environment, emphasizing virtual reality, augmented reality, robotics, design-thinking, STEM and early learning experiences that will excel students' learning and extend public education beyond the classroom.
Imagine! was established in 1963 by a group of parents determined to see that their children with developmental disabilities had the opportunity to participate in their community. Since then Imagine! has used that original goal as the basis for their mission. Imagine! believes in the potential of all, that people with developmental disabilities have much to offer, and providing the tools and supports that allow them to show what they have to offer benefits us all.
The Mission of the Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center is to change the lives of people with disabilities by promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being through equine assisted activities. CTRC has a premier facility which allows their riders to participate in Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies year-round
TLC first opened its doors as a school for children with cerebral palsy in the basement of a local church. Over the years TLC has undergone a number of changes, including location, name and scope of services. Today, TLC classrooms provide care and early childhood education for children from eight weeks to six years old. Every classroom on campus is fully inclusive, with children of diverse learning abilities learning side by side.

HOPE provides emergency street outreach for the homeless in Longmont and offers supportive follow-through services. HOPE strives to eliminate barriers of access which keeps homeless individuals, who are at risk from living on the streets of Longmont. We provide basic needs supports such as food, water, clothing, and blankets or sleeping bags, and referrals to appropriate social service agencies for follow-up or more comprehensive care.
Blue Sky Bridge was established to provide a safe and supportive environment for abuse victims where a neutral, professionally-led forensic interview provides case information for all participating law enforcement, judicial and social service agencies. Blue Sky Bridge's Child Advocacy Program collaborates with other agencies such as law enforcement, the Department of Housing and Human Services, the District Attorney's Office, County Health, Mental Health, and Victim Service Programs to provide a comprehensive, supportive and professional response to child abuse cases

This would not be possible without the communication and collaboration with the community.
Longmont Meals on Wheels is dedicated to the seniors and people with disabilities in our community. They provide hot, nutritious meals and welfare check in Longmont and Niwot. This helps their clients maintain their independence, dignity and health. Long mont Meals on Wheels can provide this service to the community without any state or federal funding! In addition to delivering meals to those who cannot get out, they also serve a community lunch at the Longmont Senior Center.
A Woman's Work comes along side women who have an immediate financial need that cannot be met by other sources. They offer a hand up to a women who are normally otherwise self-sufficient. By fulfilling that one time need, A Woman's Work helps their clients get back on the road. The only thing A Woman's Works asks in return is that recipients pay the kindness forward.
For more than 30 years, Arts Longmont has been featuring emerging visual and performing artists and promoting established artists of all ages. They advocate on behalf of Longmon't creative community the significance and impact of art and creativity in our daily lives. Arts Longmont helps build and maintain a dynamic and diverse community that inspires artists and art enthusiasts to explore creativity.
